In my past blog post, I gave sure-to-lose-weight Exercise tips about how to get that million dollar celebrity-perfect figure like Kate Beckinsale, Jennifer Garner and Jessica Biel. I gave a whole week’s worth of exercise regime for you to follow.

You do not have to have rich boyfriends, husbands and a deep pocket to cut yourself open to look like the next Paris Hilton. (Haha!)

There was one thing which Mariah Carey said on the video which I really love. It was when she said somewhere along the lines that A LOT of women out there want to be “stick thin” and she says that it is UNHEALTHY!
With this, I would like to emphasise to you that as much as I blog about obtaining celebrity physique I have always shown good examples of celebrities whom has chosen to exercise regularly and eat right to obtain that healthy, lean, slim and tone physique.
They do not take short cuts. They do not starve themselves.
The most important thing, like what Mariah Carey said is to “Be Realistic” and “Be comfortable with yourself”.
