I’m back guys and gals!

As I was blogging in my post yesterday,

The 2 approaches I was talking about are:

  • The Diet Dabbler and
  • The Action Taker

Hmm… which one now?

Diet Dabbler

We all know people like this. Every now and then they are trying out a new diet. One moment they are eating low fat and another moment they are cutting out the carbs. One moment they are eating only soups and the next they’re going vegetarian.

They are guilty when they think about food and are unable to get the results they wished for. Exercise goes the same way too. The consistency is not there and they keep bouncing off one program after another when results are not seen soon enough.

Maybe you can relate?

The whole problem with the Diet Dabbler is their lack of consistency. The only thing that’s consistent is that they get more frustrated as their attempts keep failing them and their weight keep increasing.

ACTION!

Action Taker

You also know these people. They have an action plan and stick to it. Even though at times when they feel like giving up (like all humans), they sticked to their guns and persevered. And they will be the ones who will see their efforts come to fruition.

Once they’ve gotten the weight loss results, it’s just a matter of maintenance mode which in my opinion is the best place to be. They look good and feel great, clothes fitting just fine and getting compliments by friends and families.

So which would you rather choose?

You’re maybe thinking “I tried so many ways to lose weight but it didn’t work. I guess it’s just my body type”.

You’re wrong.

You’ve maybe dabbled with diets and exercise only to be frustrated at the end. I understand and many of my clients have faced the same annoying frustrations as you.

Bottom line is: If you’re serious about results, tap into your inner Action Taker mode, roll up your sleeves and just go DO it. And be CONSISTENT.

Then you’ll finally kick your diet dabbling days away.
