The Secret Behind Kate Beckinsale’s, Jennifer Garner’s And Jessica Biel’s Sexy Body

Do you want Jessica Biel’s arms? Jennifer Garner’s legs? And a svelte Kate-Beckinsale hips?

I bet you do!

I guess you must be wondering why I am relating hollywood celebrities to achieving that coveted body. Am I superficial? No I am not. I have realised in my years of consulting women that they want to look like celebrities! It is an open secret between women that they wish to have the “perfect body” flaunted by Kate Beckinsale, Jennifer Garner and Jessica Biel.

However to the average women attaining a celebrity body may seem an uphill task and impossible. The slim yummy tummy, toned arms and shapely legs that graces the red carpet often look like the product of good genes, a low-calorie starvation diet and endless hours in the gym.

This is the biggest misconception.

First and foremost, you should stop thinking that since you are not a celebrity, you should resign to fate, be flabby and look unpleasant. It is not rocket science to get that celebrity body neither it is UNATTAINABLE. YOU CAN!

Secondly, you should stop being ignorant and believe every thing the media and any website says. I am aware that women fall victim to eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa (starvation) and bulimia (eating and then vomiting out). However this unfortunate trend in our society is due to a) Influence of the media that Catwalk Models should be Size Zero thus causing females as young as 8 years old to develop low self-esteem and self-worth b) With the birth of the internet, there are a lot of misinformation and controversy on fitness.

In fact looking like the celebrity and being bikini ready is VERY ATTAINABLE without burning a big hole in your pocket or spending crazy (boring) hours on the treadmill or going on a hunger strike. It all lies in what is in your mind and a right fitness system.

“It is all within your reach,” says Gunnar Peterson, whose clients have included Jennifer Lopez, Gwen Stefani and Matthew McConaughey. What’s often most challenging, he says, is first getting off the couch. – Forbes

In year 2007 there was much buzz about Jessica Biel who was getting her body ready for a specific movie role — as an exotic dancer. Soon enough she was getting so much media attention to grace covers of magazines and interviews to talk about the secret behind her lean, toned and slim body. I can tell you her “perfect” body has nothing to do with starvation and endless hours on the treadmill.

Let me introduce to you the man behind Jessica Biel’s coveted body and the man responsible for Kate Beckinsale’s slim hips and Jennifer Garner’s toned legs — Jack Walsh, CSCS. To get Jessica Biel ready, Jack Walsh planned a fitness program that was progressive and primaily on strength training. His approach was to build a body which was strong and toned for Jessica Biel. He coached Jessica Biel on compound movements like squats, lunges, deadlifts and short sprints as part of her training plan. I was so thrilled that hollywood celebrities are adopting proper exercise and nutrition regime that I am sharing this with you. I was even more pleased to learn that whatever recommendations that I have been giving others are supported by Celebrity Trainer John Walsh. Thus you can trust me and not undermine my expertise. Here is a basic program for you to start on:

*Note the program below is designed as such that you do not need much equipment for a start. Just get exercise bands and a few dumbells (Not pink dumbells, get used to it ladies!).

A) Perform A1 – A4 in a circuit without any rest in between exercises. Then rest for 90 seconds. Perform 10 reps. Perform 2 – 3 rounds.

A1) Sumo Deadlift

A2) Shoulder Press

A3) Static Lunge (Perform 10 reps on each side before moving on to the next exercise)

A4) Band Row ( Loop the resistance band around something sturdy like table, pillar, trees…)

B) Perform B1 – B2 in a circuit fashion without any rest in between exercises. Then rest for 90 seconds. Perform 2 – 3 rounds.

B1) Side Planks (Hold for 30-60 seconds each side before moving on the next exercise)

B2) Prone Cobra (Hold for 30-60 seconds)

I want you to BELIEVE that nothing is impossible. I was a former fat girl, on the verge of anorexia nervosa as young as 9 years old, became bulimic between 13 to 16 years old and had very low self-esteem. At 17 years old, I told myself I must stop being so negative and take control of my life. Now at 19 years old, I lost 13 kg of fat, motivate others who have these issues and never looked back. You should not resign to fate that you should be in a body which you do not like. Take control of your life and it starts from SELF-BELIEVE.

YOU CAN DO IT!
